The Wallpaper Fashion Show

April and May 2016 saw me focused on a big costume project: a commission from Engagement Unlimited, a special events company whose client was bringing a group of their employees from India as a reward/vacation/incentive. Asian Paints, the client, has a wallpaper division called Nilaya and they wanted to have a fashion show made with their wallpaper: 7 feature dresses and 5 "accent" garments worn with fabric garments, essentially 12 outfits. I took this as an excellent project to try to do something special. The fashion show was held May 30th at the Commodore Ballroom, downtown Vancouver, BC. Many thanks to the models seen here:
